I don't want to pay by credit/debit card over the internet, how else can I pay?
If you do not wish to use the secure Worldpay online payment option there are two other options you can use to pay for your items. Once you have completed your online shopping you will be asked how you wish to pay for your goods. You will be given a series of options:-
How long will it take for my order to be delivered using standard delivery?
Standard delivery is within 5 working days.
How much does standard delivery cost?
Standard delivery costs £7.00 (regional and heavy item surcharges apply and will be calculated at checkout).
Shipping Charges are based on UK Mainland deliveries. If your Postcode is not in Great Britain further charges may apply due to the size and weight of your order. In these circumstances a member of the Grow Magic Team will contact you if these fees can not be calculated at shipping. We do not offer International Shipping.
What is Express Delivery?
We offer an Express Delivery service within 1-3 working days, we will arrange this service for you at a cost of £14.00 (regional and heavy item surcharges apply)
My order is incorrect. What should I do?
In the unlikely event of this happening, please contact us within 48 hours of you receiving your delivery on 020 7381 8334, via the website contact us page or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and we will endeavour to help you.
My products were damaged in transit. What should I do?
All products are carefully wrapped and packed in plain packaging before being dispatched. If you do find that you have damaged goods when you receive your order please contact us within 7 days on 020 7381 8334, via the contact us page or by email at email@example.com quoting your order number and we will endeavour to help you.
I am not happy with my purchase. What should I do?
We want you to be happy with our products and service. If you have bought something from us and are not entirely satisfied you can return it to us via post (you must cover the cost of returning the item via recorded delivery) or bring the item(s) into our shop in Fulham within 14 days of purchase. Subject to the item being unused, packaged and in the same new condition we supplied it to you in, we will issue you with a refund for the full purchase price . We also request that you have your receipt with you when you return the item to us.
From 23rd March 2020 onwards Grow Magic Deliveries will be sent subject to Government Advice.
Orders will be processed ASAP but delays may be expected due to the demand for online shopping during COVID-19
We use reputable shipping companies such as My Hermes, UPS, ParcelForce, TNT which may have delivery delays, if possible these companies will use your email to update customers direct. Please check your emails for updates from Grow Magic and the delivery services if you are expecting a delivery.
Due to closures of Suppliers and Manufacturers some products will be out of stock, with no view to replenish. In these circumstances substitutes will be offered and we will contact you via email to offer alternatives.
The security of your personal and credit card details is of the highest importance to us. We use the latest Internet encryption with 128 bit SSL software developed by RSA Data.
When you are ready to enter your credit card details on the secure page, your browser will automatically inform you that encryption is being used.
Furthermore, all data stored on the secure server is encrypted again and protected by a firewall, the specification of which has been recognised by the major banks. You can confirm the security of your connection to the checkout page by checking the bottom of your browser window. When the connection is secure you will see a closed lock.
